We also offer Lake Michigan charter services … by having two large fully rigged fishing boats, we can cater to a small or large group – 7 days a week … Coho Salmon (Silvers), King Salmon (Chinooks), Lake Trout, Steelhead (Rainbow Trout), Brown Trout, and Perch.

Early Season Lake Michigan Fishing
March and April offer some of the best Coho, Brown Trout, and Yellow Perch fishing opportunities. The south end of Lake Michigan is much shallower and warms first which attracts large schools of baitfish and this attracts Coho and Brown Trout to this area. Along with a possible bonus fish … hooking-up and fighting the mighty King Salmon. This area also produces good quantities of Jumbo Perch ... Indiana's limit is 15 per person. Two very productive method for catching these Perch are drop-shotting or slowly drifting amflyfishing's Perch Tandem Fly Rigs ~ with each fly tipped with a minnow … using light spinning tackle.

Slez’s Creek Inline Spinners

… we have the productive sizes and colors for fishing Lake Michigan, the tributaries (creeks), and St. Joseph River. When retrieving the spinner, the blade spins creating flash and vibration that mimics a minnow. Fish can see the flash of the revolving blade … while, their lateral line feel the vibration from the revolving blade. These triggers (sight and vibration) make the inline spinner a productive lure whether fishing clear, stained or murky water.
